If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange it for an item of equal value or receive a refund. The return of the item(s) is at the customer's expense. We accept exchanges or refunds for a period of 14 days from the date of receipt of the item. Any used or damaged product will not be exchanged or refunded.
Given the nature of these items, personalized or pre-ordered items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Items sold at a reduced price, such as sales or liquidations, are neither refundable nor exchangeable. This is a final sale.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. If the returned item is not in its original condition, any loss of value is the responsibility of the customer.
The customer is responsible for providing and ensuring the accuracy of the postal address. Return shipping costs for a package are the responsibility of the customer. If the customer wishes to re-post the package, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Please note that we have no influence over carrier services, so we cannot guarantee our delivery times, and we are not responsible for their delays if they occur.
